Electronic Signature Agreement*

By accepting the terms &conditions, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.

I certify that I have read and fully understand all the policies, rules, and regulations as set forth in the materials provided to me with this application by the Hamilton United Methodist Church & United family fellowship spring Fling Committee.  I certify my booth will be manned for the entire day of this event. I understand that failure to abide by said rules will result in my being removed from this event. Additionally, I will not be invited to nor included in future shows by this committee. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hamilton United Methodist Church & United Family Fellowship from any loss, claim, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from my involvement in this event.
